Intern (f/m/d) Human Resources – International Recruiting and Employer Branding Strategy

YOUR TASKS:
We are looking for a motivated Intern to join our global Human Resources team and support us in bringing talent acquisition to the next level together. Our department provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain insight into the field of strategic recruitment and employer branding.

This internship will help you to acquire business skills and provide you with hands on experience in recruiting, employer branding, and research of latest trends, technology and strategies. Ultimately, you will gain experience working in a global environment, preparing you to enter any fast-paced work Environment:

• Support in the strategic development and implementation of international HR projects with a focus on recruiting and employer branding
• Independently processing various organizational and administrative tasks
• Research activities on current HR trends and HR topics
• Assistance in data analysis, creation of strategic reports, and presentations for dedicated topics

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
• The ideal candidate studies business administration, psychology or a related subject
• Experience in the field of human resources, especially in recruiting and personnel marketing
• Very good English skills, precise and detail-oriented
• Highly organized and motivated to actively contribute to a variety of topics
