HR Business Partner (Recruiting)
Founded in 2002, cut-e (pronounced ‚cute‘) provides online tests, questionnaires and gamified assessments. In May 2017, global professional services firm Aon plc acquired cut-e and integrated the company into its global talent solution. cut-e and Aon, as Aon’s Assessment Solutions, undertake 30 million assessments each year in 90 countries and 40 languages.
To support our business growth internationally, we now invite applications to the position of HR Business Partner (Recruiting). The ideal candidate will be a key member of our growing team situated in Hamburg, managing the attraction and recruiting of new “cut-ies”. The majority of our workforce are experts in assessment, and we have the recruitment tools and diagnostic knowledge at our disposal.
HR Business Partner (Recruiting)
Core activities:
- Main focus of the role is to support our international offices in attracting and recruiting new talents
- Your work will be to keep “raising the bar” and to ease workload of hiring managers in a smart way
- Partner with business leads to ensure best practice recruitment processes and high calibre of candidates
- As part of a small HR team, you will be involved in different HR initiatives across the employee life-cycle
- We will teach and involve you in Onboarding, Talent Development and Secondment projects over time
Skills and Qualifications:
- MSc or BSc in Occupational Psychology
- Role is meant for a graduate with some experience in personnel diagnostics through internships
- Fluent in German and English – both verbally and in writing
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and changing business environment
- Strong initiative, ownership and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required (at max. 30%)
