Intern Human Resources & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are looking for proactive, curious, and motivated Interns to join the global HR Team from our Munich office. The internship will give you an opportunity to experience the general day-to-day business as well as to work on very specific projects. In our dynamic environment, you can take on ownership over projects and drive our company’s growth, from supporting strategic decisions and meetings to drafting and implementing changes.

Main Responsibilities

• Identification of opportunities for improvement of our employer brand status
• Participation in idea creation for new employer branding activities
• Creation and drive of collaborations with universities and higher education insitutes
• Review of advertisements in close co-operation with Marketing and updating of content
• Support in day to day business (e.g., Updating and maintaining Intranet activities)
• Preparation of key figure reports for HR controlling, analysis and evaluation of surveys and research activities
• Creation, administration and filing of personnel documents (e.g., contracts, certificates of employment)

Requirements

• Completed or very advanced bachelor’s degree, preferably with HR or Marketing focus
• Ideally first practical experience in the HR and/or Employer Branding environment
• Analytical thinking, curiosity, and high solution orientation
• Enjoys communicating, is sociable and helpful
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• A thirst for knowledge and the desire to develop your full potential
• An independent way of working, although you also like working in a global team
• Excellent knowledge of German and preferably fluent English
