About Us

We have developed a cutting edge technology that helps people to become more confident when making decisions about whom to hire and how to communicate with other people. Thereby, we combine the latest research from two disciplines: psychology and artificial intelligence. With our product, we bring science into HR. Our motivation is to decipher human personality traits and communication behavior to help companies identify talent more efficiently and train it better.

The Role

Each day thousands of scientific articles are published. Most of them are never cited and even lesser are known to the public. Your task is 1) to identify relevant topics in the I/O and differential psychology area, which are tied to the assessment of people (e.g., biases, psychometrics, etc.) and their consequences (e.g., lack of performance, team dynamics, employee satisfaction) 2) comprehend those topics, and 3) Write excerpts, which inform a broader audience. Eventually, you will become an expert in different areas and can combine reading for your studies (what you have to do anyway) and helping other people to be informed about latest research (and earn money).

Required Skills/Motivation

• Spoken and written English and German (native) language skills
• First experience in the field I/O psychology, differential psychology
• Ideally, as a working student 20/h per week (flexible ways possible)
