Werkstudent Global Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Development

As a working student in the TÜV SÜD Global Talent Acquisition, Leadership and Development (TALD) team, you will support on a range of projects.

The following tasks await you:

1. Talent Management data: reviewing data, challenging structure and can help data to be structured in a way that allows for easy analysis and insights to be generated
2. Supporting project lead on Development Platform project
3. Talent Acquisition projects including developing a digital upskilling programme and supporting on diversity & inclusion pilots such as blind auditioning/hiring (anonymising candidates to minimise unconscious bias)
4. Support with Employer Branding topics

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in HR topics
• Data analysis skills and affinity for different tools and systems
• High degree of personal responsibility and solution orientation
• Structured, customer-oriented and self-organised way of working
• Interest in/exchange with other cultures and countries as well as the development of an internal global HR network
• Business fluent in English
